General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) is seeking a Senior Materials & Process Engineer specializing in Composites for their Advanced Composite Solutions department in Marion, Virginia. The successful candidate will support production program root cause investigations, develop qualification testing for new programs, and lead internal R&D projects focusing on advanced radome materials. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with polymer matrix composite manufacturing processes, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
