PICA Product Development is hiring a Materials and Supply Chain Manager to lead the materials, procurement, sourcing, inventory, ERP, and supply-chain functions for its electronics manufacturing organization. The role will develop strategies, supplier partnerships, quoting processes, ERP workflows, inventory policies, and scalable teams while supporting both repetitive production and fast-moving new-product-introduction programs. The position requires significant leadership experience in electronics manufacturing supply chain, strategic sourcing, procurement, materials planning, and ERP/MRP systems, with strong commercial judgment and analytical skills.
