Description
The Material Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, expediting, and planning material inventories, including MRP evaluation, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up. The role also serves existing accounts, coordinates with customers and vendors, supports invoicing, provides technical sales and product consulting, grows the customer base, and may perform warehouse or driver duties. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, extensive mill tool knowledge, PVF and MRO experience, a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and Microsoft Office, SAP, communication, customer service, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
