Description
The Materials Coordinator manages production suppliers and incoming logistics for raw materials, purchased components, packaging, sub-suppliers, and outside services. The role plans releases, coordinates receiving schedules, maintains inventory accuracy through ERP and CMS systems, monitors FIFO and minimum inventory levels, supports supplier quality and performance reporting, and coordinates outbound shipments. It requires a community college diploma in purchasing or PMAC enrollment/completion, 3–5 years of automotive industry experience, 2 years of inventory control experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
