Description
Metalsa is seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage logistics and materials operations at its Hopkinsville, Kentucky manufacturing facility. The role oversees logistics strategy, team responsibilities and development, budgets, inventory control, ERP utilization, SIOP forecasting, logistics policies, projects, performance indicators, safety, quality, delivery, housekeeping, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or similar in supply chain, at least five years of logistics management or senior supervisory experience, inventory-control and supervisory experience, and knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Office, quality systems, lean methodologies, SIOP planning, manufacturing processes, and cross-functional leadership.
