Description
The Materials Development Engineer will join a global materials development group in Fagersta to develop, test, and evaluate materials for advanced tools used in mining and rock industries. The role focuses on planning and conducting material tests and trials, characterizing materials, analyzing results with statistical methods, investigating engineering problems, and collaborating with engineers, technicians, production, and purchasing. It is a full-time, mainly on-site consulting assignment for a recent graduate with a relevant materials engineering degree, basic knowledge of characterization and statistical analysis, and proficiency in Swedish and English.
