Description
The Materials Development Researcher will develop new secondary-aluminum products by designing and conducting laboratory experiments, scaling findings to plant trials, and using metallurgical and physical models to predict microstructural evolution. The role requires a materials science or related degree, at least five years of R&D or scientific employee experience, expertise in aluminum metallurgy and rolling processes, statistical data analysis, project management, and strong German and English skills.
