Hadrian is hiring an Additive Manufacturing Materials Engineer to lead materials development and qualification across LPBF, DED, and polymer additive processes. The role involves developing process parameters, designing experiments and statistical analyses, creating material allowables and specifications, evaluating new materials, and collaborating with quality, supply chain, design, and applications teams. Candidates need a relevant master's degree, at least four years of additive manufacturing materials and processes experience, knowledge of aerospace alloys and post-processing, and experience with material testing, metallurgical analysis, or failure investigations. The target salary is $150,000–$220,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), flexible vacation, equity, and possible relocation support.
