Description
Agilent is hiring a Materials Engineer to manage assigned commodities and ensure the factory receives quality, timely, compliant, and cost-effective raw materials. The role coordinates with suppliers, procurement, manufacturing, R&D, logistics, production, compliance, and other engineering teams to manage supplier quality, material disruptions, defects, reliability, cost savings, new-product-introduction activities, alternative materials, supplier capacity, and manufacturing-site transfers. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Materials, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering and at least three years of relevant experience.
