The role is for an experienced thin-film materials and process engineer working as a W2 employee of Donatech. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing sputtering and evaporation processes for optical thin-film products, mentoring entry-level engineers and manufacturing technicians, serving as the primary technical contact for internal program managers across multiple projects, and using thin-film design and analytical metrology tools. The position requires U.S. citizenship and strong communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
