Description
Standard Nuclear is hiring a Materials Engineer to develop, test, characterize, and scale advanced materials and chemical processing methods from laboratory or pilot scale toward reliable nuclear manufacturing. The role includes hands-on processing equipment support, process optimization, data analysis, root cause investigations, equipment and test-system support, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, fuel development, manufacturing, quality, characterization, and operations. The position is performed in laboratory, manufacturing, and office settings and requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 3+ years of related experience; advanced materials and nuclear-fuels experience are preferred.
