Charter Steel is hiring a full-time Materials Engineering Rotational Program participant for a May 2027 graduate, with rotations beginning in June 2027. Ohio-based candidates rotate in Cleveland or Fostoria, while Wisconsin-based candidates rotate in Saukville. The role involves plant operations, metallurgical process improvement, product quality data, root-cause analysis, failure and metallographic interpretation, customer complaint resolution, Six Sigma participation, and production monitoring.
