Description
The Materials Disposition Specialist receives, examines, and determines the condition and disposition of a wide variety of materials; verifies documentation and property data; inspects usable property; assigns warehousing classifications; handles hazardous, precious-metal, security, and DEMIL items; maintains segregated storage; performs special and periodic inventories; and operates forklifts and related materials-handling equipment. The role requires U.S. citizenship, a favorable suitability or fitness determination, a pre-employment physical, and the ability to obtain required licenses or certifications, with a 36-month tour subject to overseas rotation.
