The role includes cleaning and preparing forms, assembling and disassembling components, supplying production employees, receiving and locating inventory, operating material-handling equipment, maintaining records, organizing the work area, and following safety and quality procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent, blueprint and measurement-reading abilities, physical labor capacity, reliability, and willingness to work in all weather are required.
