Figure is hiring a Materials Handler to support procurement, inventory management, and kitting for its commercial deployment and data operations teams. The role involves organizing and validating equipment, compiling kits from bills of materials, receiving and accounting for incoming and returned inventory, documenting material movements, conducting cycle counts and audits, and coordinating with warehouse, dispatch, fleet, and operations teams. Candidates need prior materials handling, inventory management, or warehouse operations experience, proficiency with inventory systems and barcode scanners, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
