Description
Citrine is hiring a Materials Informatics Consultant for its Commercial team to support customers in materials, chemicals, and manufacturing companies. The role provides materials informatics consulting, platform deployment assistance, hands-on training, customer enablement, AI-model support, bug and feature reporting, data formatting and ingestion guidance, data exploration, knowledge-base content, and training-material updates. It is a customer-facing technical role with regular onsite engagement and up to 50% travel to customer sites. The position requires a degree in materials science, chemistry, physics, or a related field, consulting or professional-services experience in a SaaS environment, strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to travel; machine learning, statistics, teaching, and Germany-based location are preferred. The listed annual salary range is €70,000–€100,000 for full-time employees based in Germany.
