Panelmatic is hiring a Materials Lead to lead enterprise-wide materials management across warehouse operations, material flow, shipping and receiving, inventory control, logistics, and transportation. The role will standardize processes and KPIs across manufacturing locations, improve inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity, optimize freight and transportation performance, and build a high-performing materials management organization. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in materials management, warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain, and experience managing multi-site manufacturing operations.
