Guardian Glass is hiring a Materials Management Supervisor for its glass plant in Kingsburg, California. The role leads warehouse and materials management operations, including employee safety, performance management, process improvement, lean manufacturing, corrective actions, employee relations, and coordination with production and logistics departments. Applicants must work rotating 12-hour shifts from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m., be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field and at least three years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse/distribution environment are preferred. The position pays $75,000 to $90,000 per year plus variable pay, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
