AFL is hiring a Materials Manager to oversee material planning, inventory control, warehouse processes, material flow, and raw-material availability across Premise and Black Jacket manufacturing operations. The role directly supervises material handlers, leads safety and continuous-improvement initiatives, supports ERP/MRP systems, and collaborates with planning, production, engineering, purchasing, and quality teams. It requires at least five years of manufacturing experience, three years of production or materials-management experience, and three years of management or supervisory experience, with a hybrid in-office schedule and 100% on-site work in office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments.
