Chicago Tube & Iron is hiring a Materials Manager to oversee inventory control, material planning, supplier relationships, purchasing, and material flow for branch operations. The role manages special inventory, vendor and customer relationships, aging inventory, purchase orders, mill overages, inventory reporting, and the development of Traffic Coordinators. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field or at least five years of relevant industrial experience, with 5–7 years in a similar materials, inventory, purchasing, or supply chain role; steel distribution experience is preferred. The position is primarily office-based and may require irregular or extended hours.
