ESPO Corporation is hiring a Materials Manager for a 12-month contract-to-hire in Austin, Texas. The role manages receiving, inventory, storage, distribution, logistics, warehouse and laydown-yard operations, material inspections, reporting, subcontractor transfers, and coordination with procurement, project teams, and clients for evolving transmission and distribution and substation programs. The Materials Manager may direct a Field Materials Coordinator and advise procurement on project cost, schedule, and client-relationship impacts. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 11 years of direct materials management experience in engineering and construction, Microsoft Office proficiency, Primavera scheduling and material-submittal tracker experience, and strong communication, organizational, management, and self-motivation skills.
