Description
INFICON is hiring a Materials Manager to lead the ISS Division’s materials planning, MRP execution, inventory strategy, SIOP process, demand and capacity planning, shortage management, and planning-team leadership. The role partners with Operations, Procurement, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure material availability, optimize working capital, reduce supply risk, and support on-time customer delivery in a complex global manufacturing environment. A bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of materials management, production planning, or supply chain operations experience are required, along with 3+ years of leadership experience and ERP/MRP expertise. The expected salary is $120,000 to $150,000 per year, with profit-sharing, 401K matching, and possible relocation benefits.
