Molex is hiring a Materials Manager in Georgetown, Texas to lead purchasing, inventory control, and logistics for its manufacturing operations. The role coordinates cross-functional supply chain activities, manages supplier relationships, supports production purchasing, leads buyers and material-handling staff, analyzes material usage and demand, and drives continuous improvement. A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field and at least five years of materials management or supply chain experience in manufacturing are required; aerospace or defense manufacturing experience, ERP/MRP knowledge, regulatory compliance familiarity, and supply chain or operations management certification are preferred.
