Eaton’s IS AER FED division is hiring a Materials Operations Manager to manage materials flow, inventory, scheduling, logistics, and related manufacturing operations at a factory. The role supports the SIOP and MPS processes, monitors production execution, manages MRO purchasing, maintains inventory and OTD targets, and coordinates with COE and Network teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of materials, operations, or supply chain experience, two years of people-management experience, and two years of ERP experience; the position is limited to candidates residing within 50 miles of Beltsville, Maryland.
