Schwan’s Company is hiring a Materials Planner in Pasadena, Texas to plan, schedule, and monitor inbound materials from suppliers, determine material requirements, coordinate purchasing and production, manage supplier service and inventory, resolve quality issues, and optimize supply-chain efficiency. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or applicable work experience, at least three years of purchasing or procurement experience, SAP knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with procurement and materials-management practices. The base salary is $58,500 to $97,500 annually, with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus and health benefits.
