Description
The Planning Coordinator supervises and coordinates a production-planning team, manages team performance and governance, optimizes parts parameters and inventory, coordinates supplier and new-part introductions, manages other direct costs, standardizes processes, and supports hiring, training, and performance evaluations. The role requires at least five years of production-planning experience in a manufacturing environment, an Industrial Engineering or Administration degree, knowledge of Excel, Word, SAP, and Six Sigma, along with bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.
