Figure is hiring a Materials Planning Manager to own end-to-end materials planning for its humanoid robotics production, ensuring clear-to-build readiness through demand planning, inventory optimization, CTB reporting, shortage resolution, and cross-functional coordination with Manufacturing, NPI, Global Supply Management, Logistics, and Warehousing. The role requires strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, 5–7 years of materials planning or supply chain experience, and a background in high-volume manufacturing or complex hardware environments.
