Description
The Materials Process Development Engineer develops and optimizes advanced manufacturing processes for semiconductor packaging and thermal management applications. The role integrates ceramic and diamond materials with semiconductor components, designs and executes experiments, develops joining and bonding processes, operates and qualifies equipment, characterizes materials and interfaces, analyzes process performance, and leads technical development projects through prototype development to manufacturing readiness. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related engineering or scientific discipline, at least five years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to work in laboratory, cleanroom, office, and manufacturing environments.
