Description
Lam is hiring a Material Program Manager to lead material and sourcing activities across development and product programs, supporting New Product Implementation Programs from early development through manufacturing readiness. The role coordinates with Engineering, Program Management, suppliers, Quality, and Production; defines sourcing strategies; performs cost analysis, volume planning, and supply-risk assessments; drives cost engineering and ramp readiness; and presents sourcing strategies to stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or business field, at least four years of supply chain, sourcing, or technical procurement experience, English and German communication skills, and ERP or MRP system knowledge. The role offers hybrid work options and is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry.
