Applied Materials is hiring a Materials Engineer in Bangalore to forecast and communicate engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers; coordinate product development and materials strategy; support sourcing, supplier selection, price and delivery negotiations, supplier risk and performance assessments, and commercialization; manage materials change control, quality issues, landed costs, and supplier roadmaps; and resolve supplier quality issues with engineering and quality teams. The role is full time, requires 10% travel, and is available to relocating employees.
