Description
The role manages small- to medium-sized construction materials testing projects from scope and budget definition through completion, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, safety leadership, quality monitoring, client and vendor coordination, reporting, change orders, invoicing, and collections. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline or an alternative nine-year experience path, along with a valid driver’s license; professional engineering or similar certification is preferred.
