Description
The Columbus Metropolitan Library is hiring a full-time Materials Services Supervisor for its Gahanna Branch. The role leads and supervises materials-services staff, handles hiring, orientation, coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluation, supports library operations and customer service, trains staff on policies and library technologies, and serves as a manager substitute when needed. The schedule includes weekday and weekend shifts, with at least one evening shift per week. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and 3–5 years of experience in libraries, customer service, or a similar field are required; supervisory experience is preferred. The position pays $48,588.80–$65,249.60 annually and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
