Howmet Fastening Systems is hiring a Materials and Shipping/Receiving Associate to maintain inventory accuracy, control finished goods and raw materials, package and ship products, assist with cycle counting, move materials to and from the factory, support manufacturing operations, and follow EHS and 5S standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of related materials or shipping/receiving experience, and U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is unavailable. Preferred qualifications include manufacturing experience, ERP or SAP knowledge, a forklift operator certificate, and electric weight-scale use. The position offers $21–$23.50 per hour and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
