Description
The Materials Supervisor oversees internal material flow from receiving and inspection through production presentation, end-of-line picking, packing, shipping, de-trashing, supermarket replenishment, and intra-plant order picking. The role leads inventory management, warehouse operations, cycle counting, SAP and ERP processes, material-handling improvements, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Purchasing, and Production. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, two years of materials leadership, and two years of team-leadership or task-organization experience.
