Description
The Inventory Control Supervisor - 2nd shift reports to the Materials Manager and oversees inventory control and shipping/receiving operations while developing the respective teams. Responsibilities include coordinating raw materials and supplies, conducting physical inventory counts, analyzing demand and inventory data, establishing KPIs, supporting supplier development, training ERP operators, resolving discrepancies, researching excess and obsolete inventory, and ensuring shipping documentation compliance. The role requires an associate’s degree, 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience, ERP knowledge, accounting familiarity, communication skills, and Microsoft Excel proficiency; manufacturing experience is preferred.
