Description
Royal is hiring a Materials Supervisor in Training to lead and support shipping and receiving teams across its Hudsonville plant. The role includes managing outgoing and incoming shipments, inventory control, continuous improvement, ERP and scanner use, task prioritization, and delegation. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of manufacturing experience including shipping and receiving, supervisory or leadership experience, and material-systems experience; Hilo driving experience is essential. The position begins with 1st-shift training and requires availability for 2nd and 3rd shifts, with weekly pay, quarterly bonuses, ESOP ownership, medical insurance, and an on-site wellness facility.
