Description
The Materials Technologist will support materials operations by coordinating laboratory quality activities, performing physical testing on raw, recycled, formulation, and finished materials, developing test methods, analysing data, investigating failures and customer complaints, supporting material trials, and contributing to waste reduction and continuous improvement. The role requires polymer analysis knowledge, manufacturing or laboratory testing experience, analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with quality systems and manufacturing safety requirements.
