Phasor Engineering is hiring an experienced Materials Testing Field Lead to provide technical leadership and oversight of construction materials testing, inspection, and geotechnical field activities across Canada. The role focuses on soil and compaction testing, including nuclear densometry, while also supervising field staff, reviewing test results, coordinating with laboratory operations, supporting client and business development activities, and serving as a Radiation Safety Officer when required. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant experience, hands-on soil and compaction testing experience, knowledge of ASTM and CSA standards, and extensive travel throughout Canada.
