Description
MSS is hiring a permanent, full-time Materials Testing Laboratory Manager in Inverness to lead the technical, operational, and commercial performance of its materials testing laboratory. The role oversees daily testing activities, laboratory resources and staffing, test reports and technical documentation, quality and accreditation compliance, audits, equipment maintenance, investigations, personnel development, facilities, and commercial performance. Candidates should have a degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, extensive materials testing or laboratory experience, laboratory leadership experience, knowledge of testing standards and quality management systems, and strong planning, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
