Description
The Mathnasium Instructor delivers individualized mathematical instruction using the Mathnasium method, supports student confidence and engagement, evaluates and documents progress, provides constructive feedback, and collaborates in a team-teaching environment. The role requires strong math skills through Algebra I, with high school students requiring additional knowledge in Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, and Calculus, along with customer service, professional conduct, and availability for at least three days per week for 3–4-hour shifts. New hires must complete 10 training modules, assignments, and 10 hours of instruction practice within one month. The position pays $15 per hour or more depending on experience.
