The Butler provides bespoke, high-touch service to hotel guests from pre-arrival through departure, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs while coordinating with Butler Valets and other hotel departments. The role requires professional appearance, adherence to company policies, safe-workplace practices, and the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred, while six months of related work experience is required.
