Description
Mochi Health is hiring an MBA Associate to own the growth and scaling of its provider referral program, which connects existing patients to trusted providers while migrating them onto Mochi. The role owns the business case, unit economics, financial modeling, provider pipeline, offer design, patient migration operations, and the offshore care navigator team, while reporting to the Chief of Staff and working across business development, clinical operations, insurance, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and legal. It is a full-time, in-person role in San Francisco, California, with a base salary of $185,000–$220,000 plus equity and benefits.
