Keystone is hiring an MBA Consultant to lead technical analysis across litigation, regulatory, and commercial strategy matters involving advanced semiconductor technologies, including chip architecture, circuit design, process nodes, and hardware systems. The role translates complex technical concepts into narratives for legal proceedings, economic reports, and strategic recommendations, contributes to case strategy, and supports business development. Candidates need an advanced degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related discipline, an MBA or equivalent commercial training, at least five years of post-graduate experience, strong analytical and communication skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex workstreams. The annual salary range is $176,000 to $209,000 USD, with a discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits.
