Flowserve is hiring a full-time MBA Future Leader Intern in Dallas, Texas, for a summer experience intended for first-year MBA students. The intern will support strategic planning, business transformation, market assessment, growth initiatives, operational and supply-chain performance analysis, product portfolio and lifecycle management, innovation projects, business recommendations, stakeholder collaboration, and customer engagement. The role requires current full-time MBA enrollment with expected graduation in Spring 2028, an undergraduate degree in engineering, science, business, or supply chain, and three to six years of prior professional experience in industrial, operations, supply chain, product management, commercial, or related roles.
