Description
The Certification Specialist will assist clients with MBE, WBE, EDGE, and Veteran-Friendly certifications, advise on certification advantages, guide clients through the application process, support workshops and outreach, maintain reports and Salesforce records, and provide administrative intake and scheduling. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or five years of business management or business ownership experience, strong communication and analytical skills, knowledge of the listed certifications, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and the ability to travel.
