Description
The Program Specialist supports Watercrest Senior Living Group’s community program by conducting individual, small-group, and large-group activities; attending outings and resident events; assisting with meals, calendars, newsletters, supplies, quality assurance, and resident-room and common-area safety. The role requires effective communication, customer-service knowledge, a passion for working with senior citizens, and a high school diploma or equivalent; memory-care experience is preferred. The schedule is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with rotating weekends.
