Description
The Assistant Security Manager will oversee and implement comprehensive security management services for MCPP-PHIL facilities, covering facilities security and access control, protective services, and emergency management. The role manages security personnel, maintains surveillance, alarm, access control, and communication systems, leads protective and emergency response activities, develops security policies and continuity plans, and coordinates with stakeholders and external agencies. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent training, at least five years of security management experience, U.S. citizenship, a U.S. stateside driver's license, an active Department of Defense secret security clearance, a U.S. passport, an FBI background investigation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Philippines work visa.
