Description
The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for the overall technical management and operations of assigned vessels, including maintenance, repairs, budgeting, surveys, inspections, docking, equipment certification, spare-parts coordination, technical-library control, and liaison with vessel masters, chief engineers, customers, and service providers. The role requires an unlimited STCW ’95 Chief Engineer’s license for motor sea-going vessels or an engineering degree/diploma, 2–3 years of shore or sea-going experience, familiarity with AHTS, offshore supply, offshore tug, dive-support, PSV, or construction vessels, and knowledge of planned maintenance systems, ISM/ISPS, Microsoft Office, MS Projects, and CAD.
