Description
CMI is hiring an MD 1st Class Engineer to safely operate and maintain steam, chilled water, compressed air, electrical generation, and auxiliary equipment at its 24/7 customer site in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The role includes monitoring steam pressure, water levels, combustion, chemical treatment, chiller and air-compressor systems, troubleshooting controls, repairing pumps and valves, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining housekeeping. Applicants must hold a current Maryland Grade 1 Stationary Engineer license, a Universal CFC License, and at least two years of independent operation as a first-class stationary engineer on similar-sized equipment.
