United Airlines is hiring a Managing Director, NOC Daily Operations to provide short-term strategic and tactical administration of Network Operations Center policies and procedures. The role oversees the Network Director and UAX Network Manager teams, coordinates IT, training, staffing, and cross-functional initiatives, supports irregular operations and emergency operations center coordination, and drives operational decision-support capabilities. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of operational leadership experience in a 24/7 airline operation, and at least 5 years of management experience, with a base salary of $201,400 to $262,250 and eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
